About Tiffany

Tiffany M. Starks, CF APMP, is a professional proofreader, editor, technical writer, Proposal Manager, and owner of SHE, LLC. She is certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Information Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from George Mason University.

Tiffany has worked for over eight years as a Proposal Manager (most recently promoted to VP, Proposals) – a job that requires attention to detail and deadlines, editing and writing skills, document design skills, and a lot of patience. Through this all-inclusive work, Tiffany discovered her love of editing, technical writing, and document design. She especially enjoys doing resume “makeovers”, as evidenced by the formatting and tailoring of more than 275 resumes in the past two years. Recently, Tiffany branched out into freelancing, with clients ranging from non-profit organizations to small business startups to established Federal Contractors. When not editing or writing, you can find her in a local bookstore buying more books for an already overflowing bookshelf, listening to music, or spending time with family and friends.
